Click HERE to see tryout page for details Click HERE to go to the forms page Important notes 2010 Board Elections August 16 - 2:00 pm - Dublin Park – All MBA members are welcome to run for a position and vote Pitching and catching camp February 28 Pitchers’ 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Catchers’ 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM Spring break camp March 16 - March 20 8:30 AM - 12 PM age 9+ 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM ages 5-8 Today's session will be held at Palmer Park (lower quad) Team Mom Meeting March 26 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm @ Dublin Park, Room A  Each team MUST send one person to represent the team.   Practice starts Prep through Major Leagues - March 2nd T-Ball - March March 23rd Babe Ruth - April 27th - tentative Games starts Prep through Major Leagues - March 30th T-Ball - April 20th Babe Ruth - May 11th - tentative Aquafina Pitch, Hit and Run Competition The competition will take place at the WestCo Fields at Palmer Park - Sunday, April 5th - 2pm. Ages: 7 - 14 (Age is determined as of July 17, 2009) Fee: FREE If anyone participated at the local schools, you will not be able to participate in this competition. Pitch, Hit & Run flyer - Page 1 Pitch, Hit & Run flyer - Page 2 Important dates for parents Miscellaneous April 5 The MLB Pitch Hit and Run Competition will be held on Sunday April 5th at Palmer Park at the lower quad (all fields).  The Competition will start at 2:00 pm.    April 10 - 12 Easter weekend - no games will be scheduled. May 22 - 25 Memorial Day Weekend - no games will be scheduled. May 26 - June 6 Prep - Major Tournament - tentative   Babe Ruth season including any post-season tournament will end no later than 7/2 Tryouts T/Ball No tryouts for these leagues Prep No tryouts for these leagues Rookie Saturday, February 7th on Field 9 at Palmer Park with the following schedule: 8 yr old league:        9 am - 10:30 am 7 yr old league:        1 pm - 2:30 pm Minor Saturday, February 14th on field 9 at Palmer Park. 9 and 10 yr old league:        8:30 am - 10:30 am Major Saturday, February 14th on field 12 at Palmer Park. 11 and 12 yr old league:      1 pm - 3:00 pm Babe Ruth Saturday, April 18th - From 10AM - 12PM at Palmer Park on Field 5. The tryout takes about 2-3 minutes per player. The tryout order is first come, first served. Important dates for Head coaches and 1st asst. Babe Ruth Tuesday, April 21st - tentative Coaches Certifications   1st Coaches Cert Saturday February 21 @ Madison Elementary Gym 8 am - 12 pm Minor/Major/Babe Ruth 1 pm - 5 pm Tball/Prep/Rookie 2nd Coaches Cert Friday February 27 6PM-10PM (1st Make-up session) 3rd Coaches Cert Thursday March 19 6PM-10PM (Last Chance) Note: Coach's certifications must be renewed each year.  If you are not certified you will NOT coach.  There are NO exceptions!  Dates for coaches certification classes will be posted as soon as possible.
