Registration for Madison Baseball Association's Summer 2026 season is open now. We will close regular registration on 04/03/2026. Late registration is available until 04/17/2026 or until divisions are full. There is a $25 late fee for each late registration, and late registrations will be added on a first-come first-served basis until each league is full. Once a division is full, further registrations will be placed on a waiting list in order by registration date & time.

We will offer the following leagues for the Summer Season:

To determine what league your child should play in, use their age as of April 30, 2026. Refer to our Age Chart if you have questions on what division your child should play in.

Registration fees for the Summer 2026 Season are as follows:

The registration fees include a full uniform, consisting of: jersey, pants, belt, socks, and cap. Families will be responsible for ensuring their players have appropriate shoes and gear.
